GasClam® is the world’s first in-situ borehole gas monitor, suitable for the detection of a wide range of gasses and variables commonly found in boreholes.
Standard features include:
- Methane CH4
- Carbon dioxide CO2
- Oxygen O2
- Temperature
- Barometric pressure
- Borehole pressure
Optional upgrades include:
- Photo-ionisation detector (PID) for detection of volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
- Carbon monoxide (CO) sensor
- Hydrogen sulphide (H2S) sensor
- Water depth sensor
Measurements can be taken at user-defined intervals. The default setting for the GasClam® is to sample every hour and upload data every six hours providing up to two months battery life (with rechargeable D-cell batteries).
Data is downloaded to your PC or via an optional GPRS telemetry module for remote data communication.
